Nathan Steel fb44865a5e Various changes from a few months back
Pushing so they're not lost, as may need for
reference on the 3rd/4th restart of developing this.

Next time I'm taking it slow, and less hacky so it's easy
to jump in when I take prolonged breaks from this due to
work burnout, etc...

The cards/decks built in server now are loaded before the
game client starts setting up the game. Should allow for
using the cards/decks stored in DB in the game instead of file
