Ingredients
+These are the ingredients for four small torillas

- 100g Flour +
- 2g Coarse Salt +
- 2g Baking Powder +
- 18g Melted Butter, or 18g oil/melted lard +
- 60ml(/g) Warm Water +
Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients
+~ 30seconds-1min
+Add the flour, salt, and baking powder to a bowl.
+Mix to combined.

Mix in the wets
+~ 1min
+Melt the butter/lard.
+Create a well in the centre of the dry mix, and pour in the butter, and warm water.
+Mix the liquids in the well from the bottom up until it is all combined, and a dough is formed.

Knead, seperate, and rest

+Knead the dough, first in the bowl, then on a lightly floured surface.
+Divide the dough into four equal portions, and coat lightly with flour.
+Leave the doughballs to rest for 20mins to an hour, in a warm area.

Make them 'tillas
+~ 5mins
+Bring your pan to a medium heat.
+Roll each of the balls out into a circle, approx 6-7inches.
+When the pan is hot, add each tortilla to the pan one at a time.
+Cook one side for ~45s-1m, flip and cook the other for ~15-30seconds.
